Who we are

Augurs Healthcare is the healthcare business of Augurs Group, with its registered office at C-17, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226010, India. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Augurs Healthcare. Questions about anything here go to wecare@augurshealthcare.com.

What this site collects

This website is deliberately light. It sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and we run no analytics or advertising scripts on it.

Information you send us

If you complete the enquiry form, your browser opens WhatsApp with the details you typed already written into a message. Nothing is transmitted to us until you press send in WhatsApp. What reaches us is whatever you chose to include — typically name, organisation, email, mobile number, city or district, enquiry type and your message — along with the phone number you send it from. WhatsApp’s own privacy terms govern that transfer as well as this policy.

WhatsApp

If you contact us on WhatsApp, your phone number and message reach us through WhatsApp, and their handling is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy terms as well as this policy. We use the number you write from to reply and to follow up on your enquiry.

The on-site assistant

The chat assistant runs entirely inside your browser. Your messages to it are not sent to us or to any third party and are discarded when you close the tab. If you choose to continue on WhatsApp, only the message text prepared for you is carried across.

Local storage

We store a single flag in your browser's local storage to remember that you have already seen the contact button. It contains no personal information and never leaves your device.

Third parties

  • Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google's servers, so Google receives your IP address and browser details as part of that request. See Google's privacy notice for how they handle it.
  • Google Maps — the map on our contact page does not load until you press "Show map". Once you do, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies. If you never press it, no request is made.
  • Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and diagnostics.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.

Why we hold it, and for how long

We use enquiry details only to answer you, supply what you asked about, and keep the ordinary records a licensed pharmaceutical business is required to keep. We keep trade correspondence for as long as the commercial relationship is live, and afterwards only where tax, drug-licensing or other Indian law requires it. Enquiries that go nowhere are cleared out once they are plainly closed.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or erase it where we are not legally required to keep it. You may also withdraw consent for us to contact you. Write to wecare@augurshealthcare.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are unhappy with our response you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and access to enquiry correspondence is limited to the staff who need it. No method of transmission is completely secure, so please do not send us medical records, prescriptions or other sensitive personal information through this website.

Medical information

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Product listings are for trade identification only. Speak to a doctor or a registered pharmacist about any clinical question.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date above. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage.
